Intensive Czech Week in the Countryside

Moravec is a small village in Vysočina region. There are coniferous woods in its surroundings and more than 200 ponds among fields and meadows.

You can spend one summer week there with us and devote your time to studying Czech. We have prepared a rich and interesting programme. It consists of Czech lessons and various activities to practise your Czech in practical situations.

Course dates

Satuday 05/08/2017 – Saturday 12/08/2017

Course outline

We are going to experience Czech language together. Every day will be a bit different. We will start the programme on Satuday 05/08 afternoon. From Sunday till Friday, you will have at least 180 minutes of Czech lessons per day in very small groups of students (2-4 students, students divided according to their proficiency level) and then, you will be able to join various activities and additional programme – we will cook, grill, sit around the fire, discover the countryside, do sports and more. We have also prepared trips to a fairy-tale castle Pernštejn, to the western town Šiklův mlýn or to a beautiful church on Zelená Hora near Žďár nad Sázavou (UNESCO). The end of the course will be on Saturday 12/08 morning.
The whole programme will be in Czech.

Teachers

The lessons and other activities are tutored by Czech-language teachers with long-term experience in teaching Czech for foreigners and in organizing events (more about teachers).

Accommodation

New fully-equipped cottages in Camp Relax Moravec (there will be 3 students in one cottage).
There is a private pond, where you can swim and angle, a tenis field, a billiards table and a small fitness in the camp area.
Accommodation price: 3700 CZK / 7 nights (paid in advance)

Food

Catering, eating in local pubs, cooking in the course.
Food price: will be specified, ca 500 CZK / day, ei. 3500 CZK / 7 days (paid after arrival)
